Wow! Did I feel special at Woburn Toyota. This Toyota location has excellent service and appears to be the best dealership around. My car (has 135,000 miles) got QUALITY SERVICE. What I appreciate is that John explains things in plain English. I never feel like I don't know or understand what works needs to be done. He's very knowledgeable and pleasant. I see this demonstrated with every customer that comes in. I truly feel like a valued customer. I have great confidence that when I bring my car to Woburn Toyota. I know that they will make sure any issues are addressed and that it's safe to drive! I can't say that about other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. Everything was upfront. We stopped by on a Sunday and test drove the vehicle. There was no sales pressure. We agreed on the no-haggle quoted price (much lower than other local Toyota dealerships), turned in all the necessary paperwork via email the next day and spent just about an hour signing documents a few days later. I had excellent customer service - I came in for my 60K service as well as a new latch for my hood (which I had previously been told about and ignored).
