Wow! Did I feel special at Woburn Toyota. This Toyota location has excellent service and appears to be the best dealership around. My car (has 135,000 miles) got QUALITY SERVICE. There were extremely friendly and patience staff who answers all your questions about your car, even to an individual who is not car savvy. I greatly appreciated the time Mr. Russo took to explain to me and show me that my car was in the green (meaning A-OK). Mr. Russo was FANTASTIC & made sure I knew I was driving a SAFE car (important to me as a woman who travels 250 miles/week). THANK YOU to awesome Mr. Ruosso! I bought my 2007 Rav4 from this dealership. I've had nothing but positive experiences here. The service department is by far one of the best I've dealt with. It has a lot to do with the Service Advisor's; especially John Russo. John always takes the time to go over any work that needs to be done. What I appreciate is that John explains things in plain English. I never feel like I don't know or understand what works needs to be done. He's very knowledgeable and pleasant. I see this demonstrated with every customer that comes in. I truly feel like a valued customer. I have great confidence that when I bring my car to Woburn Toyota. I know that they will make sure any issues are addressed and that it's safe to drive! I can't say that about other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. The new Express Service waiting area is great. I really appreciate the free WiFi and refreshments. More
Although I have had a few too many unfortunate problems with my vehicle, I will always buy from Toyota/Scion. And will continue to go back to Woburn Toyota for service for their super friendly staff, speci with my vehicle, I will always buy from Toyota/Scion. My car was serviced much faster than I expected and I had it back in no time. He went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved quickly and properly, not to mention the service was less expensive than expected. For those reason I give Woburn Toyota a perfect score! We worked with Robert Fahey and Peter (Finance). We contacted Robert via email and he gave us a detailed explanation of everything - exact price quote, registration fees, document fees, Toyota incentiv contacted Robert via email and he gave us a detailed explanation of everything - exact price quote, registration fees, document fees, Toyota incentives etc along with his weekday schedule. Everything was upfront. We stopped by on a Sunday and test drove the vehicle. There was no sales pressure. We agreed on the no-haggle quoted price (much lower than other local Toyota dealerships), turned in all the necessary paperwork via email the next day and spent just about an hour signing documents a few days later. Peter in Finance also was very easy to work with. Highly recommend buying a vehicle (new or used) from Robert Fahey. More

I have been servicing my Toyota Avalon and my Scion TC at Woburn Toyota for many years. I always get fast and friendly service. The hours of operation are great and the staff make me feel like I am part o Woburn Toyota for many years. I always get fast and friendly service. I had excellent customer service - I came in for my 60K service as well as a new latch for my hood (which I had previously been told about and ignored). I have serviced my cars here for 20 years because of the friendliness and knowledge of the staff as well as how they accomodate my work schedule and needs. Also I was able to use a coupon from their website for my service which always helps. While John Pope is my service rep, Bill Rich also helped me in making sure my hood was closed due to a bad latch. I would absolutely go to this dealership again! More
I brought my car in for an oil change and two warning lights on the dash. The customer service rep John Russo was friendly, knowledgeable, and had helpful suggestions for items to inspect.
