I went into the Woburn service department an hour and a half before closing and asked if they do a 50,000 mike check up on my 2007 Camry, Mat said not a problem and asked if I was going to wait. He told me that it would take between 30 to 45 minutes once they got the car in. I told him that I would wait. I saw the car go in and within that time the car was ready. Woburn has a great service department and Mathew is one of many folks that provide great support. This was my first time dealing with Mathew and he was pleasant and responsive to my question. I originally started going to Woburn Toyota for oil changes only, but over the past couple of years, I have also had Toyota’s Express Service Dept. Mike at the front desk is always helpful and professional. If work beyond an oil change is recommended, Mike takes the time to explain the details and provides an upfront cost estimate so there are no surprises. My car is an older model but I feel very safe driving it knowing it has been serviced by Woburn Toyota. Based on my repeated positive experiences, I have recommended Woburn Toyota to friends and family. More

When I recently decided to buy a new mid-size car, I did not have a preference among Honda, Subaru, and Toyota. I immediately selected the later after I knew that Robert was still working for Woburn Toyota, and I was not disappointed with this. Our negotiation process with Robert was very straightforward and simple. I received the best expected price for Camry 2010 and trade-in value for Camry 98. He clearly explained me the different financing options with exact numbers. Robert Fahey acts as a very friendly and highly knowledgeable advisor, not as a regular salesperson. I dropped off my car to have a front lightbulb replaced. I was told via phone about an hour later that the whole headlight assembly needed to be replaced because it was broken. I told them I couldn't afford the $400 plus at this time and would have to come back after Thanksgiviing. When I returned to pick up my car they had damaged the front lens of the unit and part of the hood where it meets the assembly. No wonder they told me I needed the entire assembly replaced! They shattered the lens in pieces. When my co-worker took me back (who had originally dropped me off) saw this with me he couldn't believe that not only did they vandalize my car but wouldn't admit to it. They swore that I brought it in like that! Needless to say I called the Woburn police immediately and had them come to the dealer where I filed a police report. We'll see what happens next... In the meantime I strongly suggest to all who read this...DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!!! I'll write back again after I see what will become of this.... More
