Gary Holterhaus was very low pressure. Here's the deal. Hope we can do business. After delivery, we found a discrepancy on an option. We called Gary and he said that he would get it resolved. Sure I Hope we can do business. After delivery, we found a discrepancy on an option. We called Gary and he said that he would get it resolved. Sure I thought, "Check's in the mail. Love ya in the morning." The issue was promptly resolved to our complete satisfaction thanks to Gary. There should be more car salesmen like him. Only down side was the business office. Kept us waiting 3/4 hour to do the paperwork and then fouled up the names on the paperwork which created problems with CT DMV. With the exception of the one person in the business office, a very positive experience. More

I went to go buy a used car here and spoke with Roy. I had been to several car dealerships by this point and Roy was by far one of the coolest car dealers I have ever met. He was incredibly low pressure, had been to several car dealerships by this point and Roy was by far one of the coolest car dealers I have ever met. He was incredibly low pressure, almost to a fault (though not quite) and was very understanding of my reservations and concerns about the car. He genuinely seemed like he wanted me to get the right car for me, and not like he wanted to just line his pockets. If you go, ask for Roy! More
