25000 mile check The email confirming the appointment said there would be a greeter directing me. There was not. I went to the building I had gone to the past few ye The email confirming the appointment said there would be a greeter directing me. There was not. I went to the building I had gone to the past few years and it was closed. It also said there would be a greeter at the bottom. There was not. I had to ask several other customers where I should wait. There was no person or sign telling me to drive my car in a line behind other cars in front of the bay door and drive in. Why would I assume that I should do that? Then I had to go and wait in line inside and then was told to go back to my car and get a ticket and then go back inside and wait in line. I was told I would get a call when the car was ready. I did not. The advisor was friendly and I told him that I would pick up the car after the service closed and was told it would be in front of the sales door. When I came to pick up the car, it was not in front, The sales manager on duty did not know anything about its location and told me to come back tomorrow. When I insisted that he call someone, he told me to check in back. It was not in back. It was on the entrance road up the hill. The manager on duty told me I would get a call from the service manager within the next day or two. It is now 3 full days and I did not receive a call. I am not impressed with the service. More

This is the first time, I dealt with the Service Rep who greeted me. She may be a new hire. Though I missed my regular Rep Rick, I was impressed by her service. What a difference in the entire new store from the old one. Woburn Toyota can now match any premium auto dealership in appearance and service. More

Toyota Care Service I was surprised and liked the new service center. My service advisor greeted me in a friendly manner and directed me to the new waiting area. Horrible service I went in to Woburn Toyota with a scheduled service appointment. The parking lot of chaotic and confusing, and there’s no designated parking for servi I went in to Woburn Toyota with a scheduled service appointment. The parking lot of chaotic and confusing, and there’s no designated parking for service. You have to park in between the new cars there. Then when you enter the service area, no one helps you. There is no sign telling you to wait until someone calls you or to go up to a free service person. We waited for five minutes without anyone giving us any attention whatsoever, including three people that were sitting at their desks with no one in front of them. I finally walked up to a female service person that I saw talking to another employee, and as soon as I stood in front of her, she stopped talking and started writing in her notepad. She completely ignored me. Finally another service technician walked in and approached us immediately, and he was very good. My complaint is not with him whatsoever, as he was the only one to address us. However, the fact that there is no instruction and no one is looking to help you when you walk in is extremely off putting. I would not go back to this location again, despite its convenience. In general, my mechanic also told me that he could not figure out how Toyota was justifying what they were trying to charge me, since it was almost double what my mechanic said the work was worth. What's said is done isn't always done. I feel bad for the people rolling through this place with no idea how a car works. Drop car off, pay, and expect what was said was done was done.. I happen to check my car after the work was done because, I don't believe that my 90,000 mile platinum service really had everything on that list done to it. I live in an apartment complex, and I'm really busy, so I figure, I'll pay someone to service my car. I went in for oil change. Got a list of things that needed to be done (which is true) and decided to go for the 90,000 platinum at 87,000 miles. The list contains tasks such as fluid checks, multi point inspection, lube joints, check/tighten bolts, and on and on. With the amount of customers they push through the place, there is no way. The mechanics are over worked. Turns out, items on that list were not done. I had to turn around and go back to get the windshield fluid filled up. Then this morning, I did a more in depth inspection. I can clearly see after examining the car, that tasks were skipped. I was also left with a cigarette butt behind the hood lever in my car. Thanks, but I don't smoke. I'm sure I would if I were a mechanic there. Pricing was messed up, and had to get that straightened out. If i just walked out of there like everyone else does, I would have been screwed $300 on top of the money I was already screwed on by the fact that tasks weren't done. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this place. This is a management issue that needs to be resolved. I need to now deal with getting a refund on part of the service =/. The poor people I see go through here that just walks out happy thinking that their car was properly serviced, just makes me sad. I saw a lady being told her engine needs to be replaced most likely because it wasn't serviced properly in the past. More
