They certainly know how you make you feel like a second class citizen. The person at the desk was very nice and very helpful, but waiting there was pretty bad. The vending machine didn't work, the AC is held together by tape, and the chairs are all stained with a substance that I don't want to think about because I sat on them. More

It’s “ a mistake, you shouldn’t have gotten that call, your car doesn’t need service” “You didn’t have to drive that far from where u live to buy the car here in Woburn” WHO SAYS that to a customer? Put it like this. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anybody. Specially when you treat customers the way you do. Don’t forget the customer is the most important visitor in your premises. Have been a customer of Woburn Foreign Motors for 20+ years and I know of no other business that does a better job of providing affordable service, product and pricing. There are many places that sell and service Toyotas - the incredible and friendly service that you get at WFM, though, sets them apart from not only other dealerships, but from other companies. You honestly feel that you are walking into your friendly, local garage and it is 1950 (the difference, though, is their use of technology to communicate and the highly skilled technicians/mechanics). Trust me - no xx here. More

When the digital screen of my Prius ceased to function, I was informed that the repair would tie up my vehicle for about 2 weeks--the malfunctioning part had to be removed and sent to Toyota, then shipped back to Woburn when repaired. Joanne made arrangements for a rental to be available when I dropped off my Prius. The repair did take 2 weeks exactly. My Prius is running great! Thanks for all your help, Joanne! More
