Disaster!! They gave me an internet pricing quote, and I made an appt. to come in and see them. Place is under construction, it is a zoo, with very few cars on s They gave me an internet pricing quote, and I made an appt. to come in and see them. Place is under construction, it is a zoo, with very few cars on site. Had to drive a few miles to one of the many satellite lot's. Took one out for a test drive, then back to the dealer to get down to the number's. I was now told that the quote they gave me was not valid, must have been given in error, and they would not honor it. I showed them the email from Woburn Toyota with the exact quote, again, they said it means nothing now. Not only not honor it, price was now thousands more. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door, and then put the screws to you. Before my blood pressure got any higher, told them to get me our keys, and we left. Needless to say, we will never return to Woburn Toyota. People, please do your homework before you walk into this place, they will try to take advantage of you every step of the way. Better yet, save yourself the headache, and just go somewhere else!! More

And it required two new tires. Took two weeks to pick up start to finish! While the salesman, Mark, kept in touch with us. It did not seem like we were his priority Since he already got the sale. I also had an issue with the financing. They sent you an overall estimated price in the beginning , when you agree to buy car. We were shocked by the estimated monthly price since we did our homework. We were told by salesman no worries we would get a great deal!Then you deal with the finance guy. All said and done on a Saturday took 7 hours! Initial rate given was 8% and my credit is excellent, an 830! Buyer beware. If you have excellent credit, you should be able to get a low percentage rate on a car over 20,000! When I told him I would get my financing elsewhere and put a deposit on the car, he seemed to find a reasonable rate after a couple of hours. Don’t like this environment it’s a game of cat and mouse ! Just want to buy a car that is reasonable. I would never buy a car from Woburn Toyota again! More
