Great selection, great service! I initially chose this dealership because hey had several Toyota siennas in stock. Once I went inside the dealership, I could see it was a well oiled machine. A sales rep (Sal) immediately greeted me and was able to answer all of my questions. We went on a test drive and I was sold! I finalized the sale from start to finish in less than two hours and even got the price I wanted! Reasonable towards he end of search nice car I worked with two dealere at Woburn toyota.hen I arrived at Woburn toyota I spoke with Sydney. He asked me for over 1,000k more than the listed price and wanted even more than that and insisted I add things onto the car and said I have no choice so that he could increase sales make a profit. He did try to put a small discount which was nice so it was not all bad with him. However, this was not fair and the price online should have been consistent to the price he gave. Also, in a year I will need to put atleast 1,000k in repairs for struts and boot jam and timing belt leak. Bobby worked with me on Sydneys day off. When Bobby worked with me, things went smooth and the customer service was top notch. More
