Success on the second try After a most Unsatisfactory visit on June 9 to Woburn Toyota in search of a new vehicle to replace my broken down vehicle, I met with Randy Davies on After a most Unsatisfactory visit on June 9 to Woburn Toyota in search of a new vehicle to replace my broken down vehicle, I met with Randy Davies on June 15th , I must say that this experience was a totally welcoming and most needed experience for me as a consumer, he made me feel important and he understood my concerns from my previous visit and he was sure to ease my mind that everything would work out smoothly! It surely did, I am grateful for giving Woburn Toyota a second chance and especially the great salesmanship of Randy, I was also equally impressed with the professionalism of the business manager Ani. I must say I also am very thankful that they went above and beyond in customer service! Randy pick me up from my residence to bring me to Woburn Toyota and Ani brought me home After all the initial paperwork was done to secure the lease on the vehicle. This was over a week ago. I took delivery on the car Saturday the 23rd and I am very delighted with it so far. I returned today 25th June To receive my inspection sticker and I am happy to report that that process was smooth and quick. Kudos to Albrecht auto group and Woburn Toyota for going the extra mile for me as a customer! More

Easiest purchase ever This was the first time that I didn’t need to spend two hours sitting in the dealership while the sales rep trekked back and forth to a sales manager’ This was the first time that I didn’t need to spend two hours sitting in the dealership while the sales rep trekked back and forth to a sales manager’s office. I did most of the transaction through my cell phone. I found the car I wanted on Woburn’s website and asked for best price. Remarkably, I received a message back within minutes with a price that was very fair. I picked up the Corolla a few days later. Everyone was very helpful and extremely friendly. More

Consistent Easy to schedule the service. We dropped off car at 7:30. Got a call saying it was ready by 11am. Wait in line is always a little long for there being Easy to schedule the service. Not good Went to Woburn Toyota because my tire pressure light was on. My truck was there for a total of fire hours and they told me my sensors were fine but th Went to Woburn Toyota because my tire pressure light was on. My truck was there for a total of fire hours and they told me my sensors were fine but the computer somehow couldn’t read them. They charged me to reprogram the computer and the light was back on after about driving for 15 miles. I tried to call them to find out what to do but there was no answer so I left a message. No one ever returned my call so eventually I called back the following day. The guy told me to just reset the light and it would work and it didn’t. I find it ridiculous that they have my truck for five hours charge me to fix it, not fix it and then when I call to complain their only answer is to bring it back. More

They did take it back and replaced everything but the calipers which my own mechanic said needed replacing as well. We are still experiencing a grinding noise which is not going away. I will be calling them when I return from a conference....stay tuned!! This is disappointing to say the least. More
