The great experience with Woburn Toyota starts when you enter the service area. It is always spotless. When a company puts in that kind of effort to make their customers comfortable, it speaks well of the overall approach to customer service. The service technicians are polite and friendly. On my latest trip there I worked with Michael Gilgun. I told him I had problems with my windshield washer assembly and also needed an oil change. He got back to me within an hour with some strange news. Apparently mice had eaten through my windshield washer hoses and air filters. He explained exactly what needed to be replaced and why, and also suggested I use the higher grade motor oil for the oil change to help extend the life of my vehicle (I have a tendency to wait too long between changes). They also did a basic check of all the major components and provided a printout. Mike showed me where to find some money saving coupons online that reduced the overall bill by about 10%. The thing that impressed me most about this service call and all my past experiences there is the staff at Woburn Toyota have never suggested something I don't need. This has not always been the case at other dealers. I honestly feel I can trust these folks to do what is in my best interest, not theirs. The communication from John was very good. The wait was going to be very long but then they checked and were able to get my car in right away.
