Quick and easy I was there for my 5k Toyota care check. Staff was nice ( although when I first walked in there was an employee sitting at the front desk on his cell I was there for my 5k Toyota care check. Staff was nice ( although when I first walked in there was an employee sitting at the front desk on his cell phone; not sure if he was able to help people at the counter but wasn’t a good look). I would also say that it was kind of frustrating with construction. You drive to the bottom of the hill to find out for my appointment that I need to turn around and go back to the top building. Having signs to avoid this would be nice. More

Check engine diagnostic Came in for a 9 am appointment. Was made to wait until 11.30 for a silly diagnostic with an error reading machine. Great customer service, thanks to Anthony! I came for an initial oil change service and was informed my brakes were at about 15% brake life. I knew at some point this was coming but financially I came for an initial oil change service and was informed my brakes were at about 15% brake life. I knew at some point this was coming but financially wasn't prepared. I worked with Anthony Petrella who is phenomenal at customer service, he gave me all the information of what to expect, costs and time frame of when it should be done. He didn't try to sell you like others do and pressure you. He told me what was my options between parts and coupons that would apply. It was easy enough when I was able to figure it out financially I sent him an email, he set up my appointment up right away and gave me a rental car for the 4 hour time frame that it took, which REALLY helped so I didn't have to ask others for a ride on a Friday. Overall, Toyota is extremely lucky to have such a great employee, couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. More
