We all make mistakes but the way Wolfchase Ram handled my Warranty claim was inexcusable. From the moment they took my Truck in to the 18 plus day that followed they mishandled and misrepresented the repair Warranty claim was inexcusable. From the moment they took my Truck in to the 18 plus day that followed they mishandled and misrepresented the repair until my warranty was declared void. The Technician make personal comments in writing that later turned out to be misleading and false. This and the three week back and forth battle lead to the warranty adjuster saying to the service director and I quite" We cant do our job if you do not do yours!" More

I've had nothing but issues every time my Ram goes in for service. Issues range from minimum 3 hour oil changes to having to drop off my vehicle for a recall (floor mat). Now Service manager cant tell me wh service. Issues range from minimum 3 hour oil changes to having to drop off my vehicle for a recall (floor mat). Now Service manager cant tell me whether my battery is covered under warranty or not. He transferred my call to parts, no one answered and the message mail box was full. Oh yeah, when I complain about lousy service, they always tell me, "We're 7 days behind". For how many years can you be 7 days behind? More

Not so “Amazing service” at the service department! Especially from the Mr.Mario. He was supposed to take care of my 2006 Charger SRT8 when I brought the car in overnight for oil change. Wolfchase Dodg Especially from the Mr.Mario. He was supposed to take care of my 2006 Charger SRT8 when I brought the car in overnight for oil change. Wolfchase Dodge & Jeep took care of me alright! When I got my back car back A/C vent pops off for some reason now, “Never have before” an my rightside turn signal light just mysterious pops off! Came back up there to voice my concerns, I was told too come back in a month 🤦🏾♂️. Gott xxxx man were all having issues with this new world now but please don’t take it out on my car! P.S. my car has 83,000 miles an is 06 so I’ve kept it in good standing shape! More
