Opportunity Missed Been in the Market for a new SUV for the past month or so. The positive things about the lot is that it is organized and has a decent selection. However, upon recieving a “last day of the month” I decided to go in with hopes of coming out with a new SUV TODAY. Mark the sales guy was overwhelmed with customers, and instead of a great deal and new car. I got a non-negotiable price and a low ball trade offer for my car that was drawn out over 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Mind you negotiating was the quickest part because there is no negotiations at Wolfchase only rebates. Just really disappointed because I had a perfectly fair, good deal at Gossett Kia I turned down To go to Wolf Chase. The no negotiations part is just ridiculous, That’s the fun part of buying a car. Held hostage I recently dropped my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited off at the dealership. I used the overnight key drop. I placed my key in the envelope locked I recently dropped my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited off at the dealership. I used the overnight key drop. I placed my key in the envelope locked my car and left. I had written down that I needed an oil change, tire pressure checked, and to see if I needed some work done because I believe I was experiencing death wobble. Next business day I received a call stating that the shop was a day and a half behind and that my vehicle would be done the following day. On the following day I was called and told that my Jeep needed a steering damper? and an front end alignment. Upon my arrival later that day to pick up my truck I was told of a “check out” fee of approximately $159.00 . I had never been told of a check out fee there was nothing on the drop box envelope that stated there was a check out fee nor when I was called was I told of a check out fee. The shop manager comes out and stated to me that I had to expect some type of charge because of how his employees were paid. I was enraged because the steering damper can been seen by bending over to see that it was worn and an alignment is automatic after that type of work is done. The shop manager says that the best he can do is $55.00 because he has to pay his employees for time spent. My oil change was paid for in advance because I had purchased the maintenance program. Pay the $55.00 or what? I hope they change the drop off key envelope or maybe even tell a customer of charges before work is done. It is not my goal to ever visit this shop again. Also my vehicle was purchased from this dealership brand new in 2014. Lastly I think I did get air in my tires. Pretty expensive air though huh? The cashier lady was super sweet and nice . More
