oil change I walked into the service station and was immediately greeted by Mr. Jeff Scola. I presented him with a coupon for an oil change but I was it was exp I walked into the service station and was immediately greeted by Mr. Jeff Scola. I presented him with a coupon for an oil change but I was it was expired by a few days. He was very gracious and told me he would be happy to accept my coupon and took care of me. Customer service like that is few and fair between these days and it was very refreshing to be treated with such excellence. I have worked in the customer service field for over 20 years and I was very impressed with his service! I would not go anywhere else! Thank you! More
