Excellent Customer Service As first-time new car buyers, we were nervous about the whole process, from negotiating a fair price to dealing with financing. But John Herod (Sales) As first-time new car buyers, we were nervous about the whole process, from negotiating a fair price to dealing with financing. But John Herod (Sales), Richard Hall & Carl Sanders (Financing) were patient, fair, and straight-forward. Even though we came late-ish on a Sunday and stayed past closing time, they made us feel like their number-one priority the whole time. John stayed another 30 minutes after we signed for the car (and well past an hour after closing time) to help us clear out our trade-in (he found my prescription sunglasses, which I would have left behind!) and to talk us through all the great features on our beautiful new CRV. We can't adequately express what a relief it was to be treated with honesty and respect when making such an important decision. Wolfchase will be our first stop for our next vehicle (and the last stop, if this experience is any indication). Thank you John and Carl, and Go Braves! More

Now I'm not sure what's going on with these one year batteries. This has been the third battery installed since I purchased it 3/16. The next one installed 7/17and the next one 8/18. I have bought 3 Honda's from Wolfchase Honda and I have never had batteries to die before the warranty has expired. More
