Express Oil Change...NOT!! I could take my 2009 CRV to any express oil change business, but out of loyalty and habit, I continue to return to Honda Wolfchase for service. After waiting for almost 2 hours, I am really reconsidering this decision. The service person ( Skylar) was rude and acted like he really didn’t care if I was there or not. Someone else brought my ticket after the lengthy wait. I was prepared to get a 60,000 miles service, but this was not mentioned. Honda’s loss. I’ve been coming since 2007, but my next car will not be a Honda. More
