Service Dept Ken is always very nice and helpful.Could not ask for better service from him. However this was the 8th time that I have had to bring in my 2019 Ken is always very nice and helpful.Could not ask for better service from him. However this was the 8th time that I have had to bring in my 2019 Honda Pilot for main display issues. Backup camera would not work, satellite radio would not work, FM radio would not work and it would not shut down even after Pilot turned off and it eventually drained the battery. All the service dept could do was do a factory reset, they have no idea how to solve the problem. More

Fast and Good Services I had my CRV in service on Dec 24 for oil change. Tony Duggan was my adviser and he was able to get me In and Out in 35-40 mins. Poor organization I should have been 3rd one service but was 7th or 8th. Poor organization of handling those waiting in line for the Service Dept to open. One advisor did not give the proper paperwork needed when we got inside. Another one would not take my information because I did not have the information from the 1st Advisor but waited on others that did not have the information either. I had another appointment at 9 am and was in line at 6:14 am, two cars were there when I arrived. The Service Advisor gave the 3rd number and me the 4th. I told him that I was there before the truck and he said it didn't matter. This was the first time I've been this disappointed with the Service Dept. More

Scheduled Service It was time for a scheduled oil change service for my Ridgeline. While I was waiting for the service to be completed, the service technician came to m It was time for a scheduled oil change service for my Ridgeline. While I was waiting for the service to be completed, the service technician came to me and advised that they found a nail in one of the tires. I was pleased they were able to find and repair this without having a flat tire later. I have always had excellent service at Wolfchase Honda and will continue to use them in the future. They perform excellent work and the service team is very pleasant when they help you. More
