Fast and friendly, but when I had my carwash card reinstated I have free carwashs and when I had another card made they said it was ready to use. Well, I proceeded to the car wash after my car was done. My card I have free carwashs and when I had another card made they said it was ready to use. Well, I proceeded to the car wash after my car was done. My card wouldn't work 😡 I had to go in the Nissan dealership to get my money back and they said my card was never loaded, meaning no money!! So NISSAN put money on my Honda card🤦‍♀️ I've been going to the Honda Dealership since 2008. I've had my Honda Accord for 11 years and this is the very first time I'm displeased. Yes, the service department was friendly. But misleading people. The gentleman that told me my car was ready and told me everything my car had been needing was super kind. Overall I'm quite disappointed. I did not want to go into another dealership to get my money back. The lady at Honda insisted because the carwash was at that dealership. Disappointed and discouraged to ever buy st this dealership again More
