Upon scheduling my appointment for repairs, I was told that David Fenton was fired. David had been my service advisor since 1988. His level of customer service and knowledge of Nissans cannot be replaced. that David Fenton was fired. David had been my service advisor since 1988. David would open the doors for me, check for recalls, give progress updates on my vehicle, and inform me of future maintenance for my vehicle. Jeff Lane completed my repairs. Jeff kept me informed during repair work. He always does outstanding work. The atmosphere at Wolfchase Nissan has drastically changed. It feels like a morgue, and social distancing has absolutely nothing to do with it. I am considering using another Nissan dealership for my service needs. More
