Everyone was nice, from the receptionist, Hamilton Smith who assisted me with a test drive & explained some of the differences in the Maximas, & Chris Penilton who helped with the buying process. He was great at answering all our questions & speeding the process along. He was very kind to explain the dashboard to me & the features of the car and also to get the car ready to drive (Tag & gas). Also, Eric in finance was very nice & thorough at explaining the paperwork we had to sign. All in all, everyone made the trading & buying process a good experience. Thank you. More

Was told it was not a warrantable part bc there wasn’t enough water in the tail light. Second or third visit, was told the car was wrecked (bought the car from wolf chase Nissan and that was not disclosed). Wes talked to us about it and was shocked at our response to the news of the car being wrecked and also being rigged to sell. Terrible way to do business. My car was in previously for a recall. I don’t even think they looked at it for the recall. More
Horrible customer service experience Service guys were fine, the cashier entered the wrong amount ($4575 instead of $45.75), I signed on the debit machine, when I came back and brought it Service guys were fine, the cashier entered the wrong amount ($4575 instead of $45.75), I signed on the debit machine, when I came back and brought it to her attention.. she kept saying “well, you signed it”. Then she entered a refund and charged me the correct amount. She blamed me instead of taking ownership that she entered it wrong. Meanwhile I have to wait 3 to 5 days for the erroneous charge to leave my bank account. AND WE ARE TALKING $4575.00. I called my bank since this put me in a negative standing, and they said Nissan could fax over a note on company letterhead with a authorized signature stating they are not claiming the erroneous amount and they would do the refund that day. The cashier called another female and that person told her, no we don’t do it that way, you are just going to have to wait for your refund,, It was no big deal to them. Then, after I got home and checked the light that was supposed to be replace... it was not working so I had to come back Thursday for them to tell me it must be a short with the wiring. Overall, not a pleasant experience for me. More

Ali Pirani gave his card and told me to look around and would not bother me. He told me to call him if I saw anything I want to look at. One think I hate the most about buying a new vehicle, is getting hounded by salesman. I think it irritates people a lot when you don’t give them the opportunity to just relax and look around first. I didn’t feel pressured at your dealership, and Ali was courteous and checked back with me several times. I eventually found what I wanted and called him back when I got home. I came back the next day, and we worked out a deal I was happy with. The whole process was quick and simple. If I were to buy again, I would definitely buy from Wolfchase Nissan. More
