Not totally satisfied I wasn’t satisfied with this visit because service issues nor suggested/recommended repairs were not offered or communicated to me nor was I given any I wasn’t satisfied with this visit because service issues nor suggested/recommended repairs were not offered or communicated to me nor was I given anything in writing. Also due to prior issues with my car and whenever the issue of stalling or hesitation occurs a service technician rides along to mimic the issue however this time I was told that in Order for that to happen I would have to pay 135 dollars and I told Mrs. Cartwright that I did not want a diagnositic reading or to be put on a machine I just wanted to confirm that what I was feeling was an actual issue as I have done before. I also told her that I had a warranty and she said that she could not find it in her system and asked me who did I get it through and I told her Nissan. She still could not find it. At this point I was getting frustrated because none of things I asked to be checked on my car were checked. Also when I got in my car my tires were not aired up and the sticker on my windshield for the next oil change which listed tire battery and brake wasn’t check off. I have always been happy with my car been serviced and there and how it drove afterwards. I try to keep up with all recommended services and filter changes however this time no one had time to inform me of ANYTHING going on with my car other the price of what something cost and to service the next person in line!! Unsatisfied customers! More

Last minute service for tire I was driving to work (commute 120 miles round trip daily) and felt my car wasn't handling like normal. I toggled thru on screen display and saw that I was driving to work (commute 120 miles round trip daily) and felt my car wasn't handling like normal. I toggled thru on screen display and saw that tire pressure was 10 lbs low. I called into Wolfchase, left voicemail with Ms. Tiffany, service advisor, and advised that I would be arriving as soon as possible for repair. As I continued to drive the tire pressure continued to fall and eventually I decided to pull over and change with the spare. During that tome, Ms. Tiffany called back and asked if I was still on my way and checked that I wasn't stranded. I arrived and Ms. Tiffany ensured all was handled, as I had purchased safeguard on wheels and tires, when purchased my vehicle. As always a fantastic experience at Wolfchase; even with the stress of a tire with a nail in side wall. More
