I would have gave 5 stars but being that I had to bring it back because of an oil leak. They checked and realized my oil filter was leaking, took it in and made sure they fixed the mistake they made. I was not happy with last service appt. I called and was told by service advisor (diane) that i could come right now for an oil change. She said that it would take 20 minutes. I had somewhere else yo go t told by service advisor (diane) that i could come right now for an oil change. She said that it would take 20 minutes. I had somewhere else yo go that day. I was almost there 2 hours which is ridiculous. I probably will not return at this location for that reason. Plz do not tell the customer one thing and do another. More
