I won't be back I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change just before noon. I wasn't aware that the service department closed at 5, so at 5:30 I called to get an up I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change just before noon. I wasn't aware that the service department closed at 5, so at 5:30 I called to get an update and was informed that the service department was closed. I asked to speak with a manager, and after being transferred and disconnected several times, I spoke with a manager who was able to "find" my vehicle. I then rushed there to pick it up. Nobody contacted me to tell me my vehicle was ready and I'm positive they had my contact info because I verified it before I left, and they say called to tell me I forgot to leave the key. This was not my first terrible experience with the service department. I don't have another entire Saturday to waste getting an oil change. I will not be back. More

Good service but it took over two hours. That is not. Ok Service takes too long. I always schedule an appointment time hoping to avoid the wait.
