Love these guys I have never been disappointed in the end from these guys. They have done everything they can to make me happy. Worst Experience for Service/Repairs I had an issue with my Nissan Pathfinder display screen. My car was under warranty, so I took it to Wolfchase Nissan instead of my usual mechanic. Big I had an issue with my Nissan Pathfinder display screen. My car was under warranty, so I took it to Wolfchase Nissan instead of my usual mechanic. Big mistake. Ended up having to go out to Wolfchase 6 times because they could not fix my car, including one time when I was assured I did not need an appointment and showed up before their listed closing time on the website, only to find all their mechanics had gone home. Another time, I was told the repair would take 30 mins and had an appointment, so I left during work and ended up staying there for 3 hours. Another time, I left and was told the car was fixed, only to have the issue happen immediately after leaving the dealership. Overall, this dragged out over weeks and no apology or attempts to make it right happened. Terrible service, friendly enough technicians but they clearly do not communicate with each other. Treated me differently (a woman) differently than they treated my male family member. Do not trust Wolfchase Nissan. More
