My wife took her vehicle in for a simple oil change, and whoever did the so called check in, didn’t actually do it. So she had to sit there for two hours thinking her car would be ready at any minute. Only whoever did the so called check in, didn’t actually do it. So she had to sit there for two hours thinking her car would be ready at any minute. Only to find out they never even started it. That’s pathetic, and made her waste a good portion of her day off.
