I went to Woodbury Nissan to have new tires put on only to show up and the tires weren’t at the dealership, but no one called to tell me so I wasted a trip there. Then I waited an hour for a rental car an to show up and the tires weren’t at the dealership, but no one called to tell me so I wasted a trip there. Then I waited an hour for a rental car and dealt with a rude agent who talked down to me and might have been about 20 years old. Finally, was told I could have the alignment fee waived because I had the inconvenience of making an extra trip to and from there to go home and was told yes, only to be called back 5 minutes later to be told I was “given a rental and didn’t have to replace the gas” so that was enough, at which point my 4 hours of additional time and aggravation was valued at $40 off the price. Finally, I was weaseled into buying some bumper to bumper 75K plan when I purchased the car but apparently it doesn’t cover a thing. Thanks for nothing, Woodbury Nissan, I will never buy another vehicle from you again. More

John Anderson was great to deal with. He was patient and understanding in my apprehension with money during these COVID 19 times. He worked with us to get us in a car we wanted and a price we were comfortab understanding in my apprehension with money during these COVID 19 times.
