15,000 mile service Michael Evans, service consultant, was very courteous. He let me use a SUV so I could go out for breakfast while my SUV was being serviced. His knowledge of the ins and outs of the vehicle was extensive, his demeanor was unfailingly friendly and helpful and most importantly to me, he was ALWAYS available to answer questions or refer me to whomever in the dealership was best equipped to solve any problems! He even provided his personal phone number to me and more than once made himself available even when he was not in the office or enjoying his day off! Mine was an interstate purchase with the intendant difficulties that sometimes entails but all obstacles were quickly & efficiently dealt with! I love the car and Mark was correct when he told me he thought it was the most sensible purchase for my particular needs!
