With the invaluable help of Keith Ullberg and Mark Demma, I was able to get the Lexus vehicle of my choice. I have to mention that my first Lexus RX 330 was kept in perfect shape after 11 years and 240, 000 miles mainly due to Keith and his team who took take care of it like their very own. Then 3 years ago, I moved 250 miles away and then lost my vehicle in a car collision 2 weeks ago. I knew I had to call Woodfield Lexus for a new car. Mark is the sales consultant who worked with me mainly over the phone. Both Mark and Keith worked hard to make it possible for me to get another RX 330 that is just perfect for me. I had my son test drive the vehicle and made the purchase on my behalf on a Monday and I picked it up from the dealership after 2 days. Eugene was very professional, well educated on the type of car we were interested in purchasing and a no pressure salesman. Then continuing on with the awesome experience, we met with Caryn Szoldatitis in the finance department. Caryn was also very professional even when there were computer system issues, which made our finalizing the deal a little more lengthy but we laughed our way through it. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car. The experience was such a change from the norm and very much unexpected.
