They keep their word when you take your car for a service. athey said one hour, it was ready in 55 minutes. Really nice waiting environment. Coffee, bunch of other drinks, muffins and cookies. They all cost money. Yet they are not a cheap and penny pinching company. You really like that. Negative side: TV too loud, one TV for 10+ people with different cultures, backgrounds etc. TV does not have to be large. Give everyone 7" tablet where they enjoy all kinds of movies, games etc. Eliminate the noise in the waiting area for people to do their work, study, analyze etc. Also offer today's interesting publications, such as travel, archaeology, cars, consumer guide, what is coming down the road for technology. Do not be protective not to have publications shown your competition. Keep improving. Add more parking space for your customers. There are few comes to my mind. More

Poor dealer to work with! I was met by Fred Ahmadi and found him to be very rude, after 30 minutes or so he told me "I have to make money". So I left and purchased a new LS 460 at Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. I would NEVER recommend Woodfield Lexus. More
