Hard to rate our first experience but the service dept didn’t correct the problem. After calling us that the vehicle was repaired and we could pick it up, didn’t get more than a mile from the dealership didn’t correct the problem. After calling us that the vehicle was repaired and we could pick it up, didn’t get more than a mile from the dealership and the same warning came on. Had to return, make arrangements to be picked up again, then had to return the next day to find out a part had to be ordered and to pick the vehicle up again. Now will take another trip to and from the dealership to repair a brand new vehicle with only 500 miles on it. More

The service team at Woodhouse Buick GMC is great! Doug helped to determine what was causing the issue with my vehicle and they resolved it! Couldn’t simulate one of the problems I want repaired. Not happy with the truck overall, for the price I paid for it and to have the electric problems start happening just as the warranty runs repaired.
