I said I noticed my rear hatch was making noise when I would open and wanted to see if someone could look at it while it was there. Received a call at 2 pm letting me know vehicle was ready but we were not able to look at the hatch. I was told they work until 5pm and could leave it until then but no guarantee it would be looked at. I decided to leave it and i advised that I would pick up the next morning. I came back at 10 am to pick up, i was told you were just to busy to look at the back hatch. I understand that you were busy but it would have been awesome if there was a way to have someone look at the hatch, while the vehicle was there for 24hrs thanks More

2020 gmc Denali Positives: good people, found me the truck I wanted at my target price. Did the paperwork quickly, I would recomend them to friends. The only thing I was disappointed in was they didn't put the front license plate bracket on, I know some customers may not want it but I dont like drilling holes in a new 60k truck bumper. Also I bought $1500 worth of accessories that I think they should have put on. Floor mats , tonneau cover etc. But not a big deal I can put them on Overall a very good experience and i will go back.
