New tire Tire had to be ordered, had 8:30 am appointment Saturday- did not leave until 10:40 am. Then had to call Monday morning, car vibrating horrible. Treat WOMEN like INTRUDERS .!! Not Friendly at All..! Ryan worked on my Car and when I got my Car back , the Window On Driver Side will not stay Up or Down, did not Replace my Charging Station, and now al Ryan worked on my Car and when I got my Car back , the Window On Driver Side will not stay Up or Down, did not Replace my Charging Station, and now all of my Doors unlock, instead of just the Drivers Side.. I regret taking my car to your Body Shop, I only did it because of John Piatt and Josh from WoodHouse on Harrison & Giles (Service)..!!! I am very Dissatisfied with the outcome of your Service and Ryan NEVER RETURN CALLS.! I My being such an Honest Person, I Paid Ryan the 500.00 deductible after my Car was given back to me with a Zero Balance Receipt. I walked around for a few minutes and NOT ONE PERSON SPOKE or ASK me did I need Help, this body shop is full of male chauvinist ..!!! More
