Very pleased This was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was so nice and it was great to shop indoors during this cold winter we are having. Not what it uses to be when it was plaza We loved this place when it was Plaza GMC so much so that we brought all our GMC vehicles here for every service and repair, every time. The people w We loved this place when it was Plaza GMC so much so that we brought all our GMC vehicles here for every service and repair, every time. The people were great prices were reasonable considering you were getting dealer service, and you always got little perks that let you know they cared like a quick wash when your vehicle was done, that has all changed. I've refrained from reviewing until the transition to Woodhouse GMC was complete to allow them to work out the kinks. The first thing is the price increases, my oil change cost is now about double what it used to be. Along with the price increase for regular things like oil changes many things that used to be included like tire rotations and a wash at the end are now separate charges ($25 for a tire rotation alone). The individuals working in the service center have all changed now with the exception of a couple. Price increases are out of the service employees hands so there is nothing that they have done to make any of my services bad but the personal care you received as a regular customer is now gone. With this in mind we have decided that our most recent visit will be our last, there is simply no reason to continue going to a place that charges more and cares less. More
