No resolution My vehicle was in due to Buick not being able to pair with my Samsung S9 cellphone. I was told that the phone and the vehicle are too new, therefore n My vehicle was in due to Buick not being able to pair with my Samsung S9 cellphone. I was told that the phone and the vehicle are too new, therefore not compatible. I'm very disappointed that I cannot use my phone with a Buick. More

Good and Timely I scheduled my service online with a 'wait for car' status. When I arrived, the system said that I was 'dropping off' my car. I'm aware that these a I scheduled my service online with a 'wait for car' status. When I arrived, the system said that I was 'dropping off' my car. I'm aware that these are two totally different things, schedule-wise. I needed my car done quickly and showed the service rep my email confirming that I indeed was a 'wait for car' status. She was able to rearrange some things and I was out the door after 1hr 15min. Thank you for making that happen. On a side note, please take a look at the online scheduling program - as the status's were different from what was selected/confirmed and what was seen on the Woodhouse side of the reservation. More
