I have not received the State of Georgia registration paperwork from the sale on 3/5/2023. I was promised a notification of the tracking number from the Alabama dealership to the state of Georgia. It is approaching 30 days and I need to get the registration process completed. There was some kind of illness in the finance department, but the website lists numerous Finance personnel. I am very disappointed with lack of support and the delay - totally unacceptable. This dealership is well stocked and a beautiful facility. Based on this part of the support process, the owner/General manager needs refocus the support process in taking care of every customer, not just the "large and local" customers that I was informed have to go first. More
