Left messages, sent emails, and finally managed to speak to the salesman who assured me he would look into what the problem was. Waited over the weekend and called back and was transferred to the accessories department when I explained my predicament. John in accessories was extremely helpful, 5 star, but informed me that the salesman never contacted them when he told me he would. Would probably buy another car from Woody Anderson, but definitely would use another salesman. More

Awesome car buying experience My wife and I went to buy an Explorer we saw online so we called ahead to make sure it was available when we got there. When we arrived it was pulled My wife and I went to buy an Explorer we saw online so we called ahead to make sure it was available when we got there. When we arrived it was pulled up front and they promptly looked at our car for its trade in value. After a few negotiations and very little time we drove out with out new Explorer. Home of 0 Star Service Home of the 5 Star Experience - that is laughable! I would say it is the Home of the Worst Customer experience in Huntsville! I have purchased 2 veh Home of the 5 Star Experience - that is laughable! I would say it is the Home of the Worst Customer experience in Huntsville! I have purchased 2 vehicles with Ford and brought both in for simple service appointments (oil change and tire rotation) only to get both vehicles back with damage. My brand new F350 was backed into something damaging the tailgate - which they did fix. My Ford Focus RS wasn't so lucky. They damaged all 4 rims - leaving them with scratches and chips. They agreed to replace them - it took over a month but they did replace 2 not 4 as originally told they would. After a couple of calls and emails - we got those replaced. On this trip - they damaged the valve stems and replaced with ones too small. The tires kept loosing air and we had to bring it back. They again scratched and damaged 2 rims and when replacing the valve stems - used mismatched ones. I set up a meeting with Scott Cox and Bobby White to look at the car and decided on a way to fix it. We agreed on replacement of 1 rim (one with a chip) and all valve stems to be identical - yet when we pick up the car. They replaced the wrong rim and none of the valve stems had been replaced. Scott refused to talk to us and walked off leaving us standing there. If you call that a 5 Star Experience - then maybe their claim to fame is correct. More
