Best Car Buying Experience Ever I bought a Ford Escape from the dealership in Madison. I had very specific things I wanted on a vehicle, but didn't want to pay a big price to get wh I bought a Ford Escape from the dealership in Madison. I had very specific things I wanted on a vehicle, but didn't want to pay a big price to get what I wanted. It has also been a long time since I bought a vehicle and lots of things have changed. The salesperson I worked with, Brandon Cook, explained all my options to me. I took the time to be sure I understood all the features available and what options were available on each vehicle. There was no pressure to make a decision or hurry to buy a vehicle. The entire dealership felt like friends by the time I picked the Escape I wanted and completed the purchase process. The finance officer also did not try to push a warrantees and insurances that I did not need. The salesperson and finance officer sat with me to determine what I needed and the be options for me. They made car buying fun instead of a hassle! I feel like I got the vehicle I needed at a great price. More

Brandon is absolutely hands down the best salesperson we have ever had help us. He went out of his way to do anything he could to help us and answer any questions we had.He never once made us feel like he was just trying to sell us a car he really makes you feel like family and not just a customer. We were so happy with the buying experience we came back in September and traded in our Jeep to purchase a 2017 Explorer. When it came time to finance sales manager Biff Anderson was up front about how much my trade was worth and there were no gimmicks or bologna like you see at other dealerships. We are so pleased with how the buying experience went and how Brandon and Biff took care of us that we will be back in February 2018 when our daughter turns 16 to buy her a car.
