After an Internet inquiry I was referred to Mr. Turner, who I have renamed PC ME; because of the manner in which he handled the sales process. After hitting three dear at 60 miles an hour I needed a new truck. I canvassed 3 local dealerships by got no where; because the salespersons were too bent on sales to allow me to tell them what I wanted in a vehicle; in addition to not managing my time professionally. In my 60 some years of purchasing new cars at various dealers in various states, the experience we have had with Woody Anderson Ford and Biff Anderson In my 60 some years of purchasing new cars at various dealers in various states, the experience we have had with Woody Anderson Ford and Biff Anderson top all of the other dealers. I have purchased three vehicles from WA and Biff Anderson. In 2013 my wife and I purchased a 2014 Escape with ECO Boost. Well WA did not have it in stock, but were quick to find one a few hundred miles away and had it brought to Huntsville in three days. Seems the color we wanted was new, so not many were available. My grandson was in need of a car in 2016 and Biff found a 2008 Edge with very low miles. In just a couple of days the car was serviced. The service manager found that the tires, even though they did not have many miles on them, had some dry rot. WA replaced them with new ones at no cost to us. My wife and I were becoming interested in a larger car for our use, and found the great discounts that WA had were one reason we went back to Biff to see what was available. Biff really helped us in finding the car my wife loved. An Explorer with Gold/White color. I really loved the personal way that Biff has helped us in our three purchases of cars from WA. More

When I was looking for a new car I visited your dealership first. Robert was great and I really enjoyed test driving the Mustang (Then again WHO WOULDN'T!!). Robert went into the history and the philosophy of superior customer service at Woody Anderson. I was really impressed but wondered if it was really true. I checkout several different models, like the 370z. The other dealership was very pushy, extremely uncomfortable and frankly a little upsetting. I did NOT enjoy the experience and would never recommend them. That helped to cement my decision to work with Robert and everyone at Woody Anderson. Thank you for putting your customers first!! More
