Outstanding overall customer service I have been getting my 2010 Ford Lariat serviced for the past 4 years since moving to Huntsville. When Corey Minter took over I was very pleased with I have been getting my 2010 Ford Lariat serviced for the past 4 years since moving to Huntsville. When Corey Minter took over I was very pleased with the overall service he provided. I decided because of his service that I would purchase a new 2017 Ford XLT and didn't want to spend the additional money on a new Lariat. Met Robert Pears and he did a very complete sales job reviewing all the XLT's then we moved on to compare the Lariats. After a complete review and having 4 Lariats over the past 27 years we decided to purchase a Lariat. Robert did and excellent sales job with good support from Daryl Peterson. Agreeing on the price then Ben completed all necessary paperwork which we reviewed and signed. I had additional questions 3 days later which he did an excellent job in reviewing and there was zero issues on my part. The same day my license plate was missing and Robert introduced me to Bobby in the PDI department and he went out of his way to find the plate. along with attaching my bed extender. Lastly Jaylyn did and excellent job in teaching me the overall truck computer system which I most likely will have to return for follow up training. While I ended up getting a brand new car, James was very helpful in getting us the information on the used cars we had originally gone to see. When he saw I was unsure of a used car he found a 2017 for me to see. That 2017 was the car I bought. James was very helpful to me to figure out what I could get for rebates so I could afford the car. He was also very forward in his desire that he would not pressure me into a car and that he would help anyway he could to get me into a newer car than my Escape. I highly recommend Woody Anderson Ford and I recommend James. More

2017 Ford Escape I was in a car accident and totaled my car unexpectedly. After dealing with several other dealerships, a family friend recommended Adam at Woody Ander I was in a car accident and totaled my car unexpectedly. After dealing with several other dealerships, a family friend recommended Adam at Woody Anderson Ford. Within the same day of contacting Adam, we met with him & test drove the Edge and the Escape. Adam kept in contact with us throughout the whole week working around our schedule. The day we made our decision, Adam and Aaron (in Finance) had the vehicle cleaned up with a full tank of gas & paperwork completed before we arrived! Adam took the time to orient us to the vehicle & tech package (which we LOVE in the Escape) & we were on the road with a brand new SUV less than 2 hours of being there! Excellent service by EVERYONE at this dealership. We also had our 3 year old little girl with us and every employee took the time to acknowledge our family during the wait and the whole process in general! More
