We needed a larger vehicle, and wouldn't have gone with anyone else. We dropped by and he put us in a 2014 Flex, and once again, no pressure. Just genuine effort. More

They were attentive and seemed truly eager to address any concerns I had. Aaron Looney was great too. Aaron was patient with all of my financing questions (I had a lot of them). This is the second vehicle I purchased from James. I will definitely purchase another from him. More

Approves, then takes back. I work as a server and so it's a little harder to prove my income so I always maintain bank statements. I went to Woody Anderson because my parents recommended them and a certain salesperson. I didn't really like how I was treated by the salesperson, he seemed to be of a good old boy mentality and only seem to talk to my step dad instead of me about my own car, and when I interrupted their conversation he put his finger in my face and said "you need to have patience". They included gap insurance without my knowledge which increased my payments. After about 35 days I realized I did not have an account number from the financing company in order to pay them. I called Woody Anderson to find out what was going on and it was through the finance department that they told me that there was an issue with Capital One. I was never informed of this issue during this entire time because apparently the finance manager was trying to correct their error. After almost 45 days, I got a call from Woody Anderson from the finance manager and was told to give back the car even though I was told I was approved. I grew upset and her only response was that "you didn't like the payment anyway." Upset, I went to Nissan where I was approved after a few hours. However Nissan informed me that Woody Anderson's finance manager had gone ahead and shot my credit a number of times to the point where I almost didn't get the car there as well. It was a horrible and unprofessional experience. I'm sure if you are somebody who has a desk job and makes very good money you will be fine but as for someone in the service industry do not bother with them. Because of them I have a bit of a higher car payment, insurance and now have to transfer my car tags...another long wait. More

Then when someone finally came out to talk to us we were told they do not negotiate process at all even for cash money. So we went somewhere else and spent even more than we werected going to spend. That's what happenshe when you provide crappy customer service. I will never be back and will never ever recommend. More

The people I dealt with to try and solve a problem were rude and started interrogating me. The man I bought the car from, Adam Graves, did not make it right. More
Poor planning of service appointment I had an appointment at 8:00 in the morning to have a Ford Performance shifter installed in a 2016 Mustang. Since the install should have taken around I had an appointment at 8:00 in the morning to have a Ford Performance shifter installed in a 2016 Mustang. Since the install should have taken around three hours to complete I rented a car for the day so I would be available at any time the dealership called. I was called in the afternoon and told it might be the next day before it was completed. It is 10:00 AM the next day and I am still waiting for my car. The appointment system at this dealership is garbage. More
Poor technical service I took my 99 F150 4x4 XLT 5.4 V8 here when the ABS Warning light came on, I had already stopped at Advanced Auto Parts to get the code checked, (rear I took my 99 F150 4x4 XLT 5.4 V8 here when the ABS Warning light came on, I had already stopped at Advanced Auto Parts to get the code checked, (rear centre abs sensor failure). I thought may as well get an oil change t the same time as the truck has high mileage. After waiting for 3 hrs, the rep came and told me that there were 2 codes and COULD be the abs sensor or module, I asked how much? $230 for the sensor replacement and the module is obsolete so they can't help. At this point; I thought well if you can't take the time to diagnosis the fault and lie about the abs module being obsolete, I'll take my business else where. Short story - bought the sensor for $13 and fixed myself in under 20 minutes. More

I emphasized that it only held 4 quarts of oil, but the service advisor ensured me that the technicians had a chart with information for that model, which I'm sure they did, but it appears it may have been incorrect. However, I was leaving to go out of town and didn't think anymore of it. When I arrived at my destination, I checked it and it was overfilled. The owners manual has a bold note emphasizing overfilling could cause engine damage. I won't be able to address it with them for a few days, but suggest in the future to check technical data more thoroughly. Jim P More
