Poor technical service I took my 99 F150 4x4 XLT 5.4 V8 here when the ABS Warning light came on, I had already stopped at Advanced Auto Parts to get the code checked, (rear I took my 99 F150 4x4 XLT 5.4 V8 here when the ABS Warning light came on, I had already stopped at Advanced Auto Parts to get the code checked, (rear centre abs sensor failure). I thought may as well get an oil change t the same time as the truck has high mileage. After waiting for 3 hrs, the rep came and told me that there were 2 codes and COULD be the abs sensor or module, I asked how much? $230 for the sensor replacement and the module is obsolete so they can't help. At this point; I thought well if you can't take the time to diagnosis the fault and lie about the abs module being obsolete, I'll take my business else where. Short story - bought the sensor for $13 and fixed myself in under 20 minutes. More
Not satisfied I had my GM vehicle serviced (oil change) on April 22, 2016. I emphasized that it only held 4 quarts of oil, but the service advisor ensured me that t I had my GM vehicle serviced (oil change) on April 22, 2016. I emphasized that it only held 4 quarts of oil, but the service advisor ensured me that the technicians had a chart with information for that model, which I'm sure they did, but it appears it may have been incorrect. However, I was leaving to go out of town and didn't think anymore of it. When I arrived at my destination, I checked it and it was overfilled. The owners manual has a bold note emphasizing overfilling could cause engine damage. I won't be able to address it with them for a few days, but suggest in the future to check technical data more thoroughly. Jim P More

I bought a used 09 ford F150 the other day, they keep it for 4 days to check it out before i bought the truck. I did not have a problem with that, the problem i have is when they gave me the truck when i got the truck home i could tell the truck had not been looked at other than half heatedly washing and just changing the oil. I took the truck to Birmingham for drill and noticed a noise in the motor and i brought it back to the service department at woody and they said they would take care of the problem. Two days later they call me and give a list of things wrong with it and tell me it going to cost me 2600 dollars. Well after arguing with different people there cause i just bought it and they told me it was good to go this was only like 3 days after they sold me the truck that i had an engine problem. So i had to come out of pocket 800 dollars and i found out they only fixed part of the list they gave me the first time so needless to say my truck still has a motor noise and they should just go ahead and put another dealerships name up cause they are not any better than a shady one. More

There were a few issues with the vehicle, as is wont to be with a used vehicle. Every single issue I had with the vehicle was fixed, followed up on and service and customer service were excellent! I own a Toyota SUV, but have used the Quick Lane for several services. Yesterday I bought new tires. Woody Anderson had the best price on tires on install, by far, of anyone in town. When I dropped off my SUV, turned out my back-up ride wouldn't start. Justin from Quick Lane came out to help me, and advised my battery was dead. He didn't have the size I needed in stock, but he told me of a local auto parts dealer that would have it, and then jumped started my vehicle. I picked up my primary SUV later, with the new tires, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Justin and Woody Anderson. More

Great experience at Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville. We came into the dealership looking for a particular Certified Used Car; however, upon arrival we found out the car had already been sold. Upon enteri We came into the dealership looking for a particular Certified Used Car; however, upon arrival we found out the car had already been sold. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Alan Hulsey. I just want to say that Alan took the time to help us try and find something else that met the requirements that we were looking for. Alan took the time to let us test drive an edge that was the same model that we were looking for so that we could learn about the features and try them out for ourselves. The dealership didn't have exactly what we were looking for in a CPO used car; however, Alan was very patient and helpful working with us and letting us find out for ourselves whether or not we needed all the features we were hoping for. I would recommend anyone that goes to Woody Anderson Ford to request Alan for help if they want excellent service. We spent several hours with Alan asking questions and working out scenarios to fit our situation. Alan is down to earth, honest, and not pushy like most salesmen that I have encountered. If you are in the market for a car and need some help, go to Woody Anderson Ford and ask for Alan Hulsey. He'll do all he can to help you out. Great guy! More
