Great Relaxing Experience I was dropping off a Ford Ranger for Service, and decided to browse the lot with my Wife. Just to kill time mainly, but she had been wanting a new veh I was dropping off a Ford Ranger for Service, and decided to browse the lot with my Wife. Just to kill time mainly, but she had been wanting a new vehicle. So we looked at the lot. It was a very relaxing stroll through the lot. Normally, or in my past experiences of car shopping, I am usually tackled by many sales reps before I have even had a chance to walk the lot and see all of the makes and models. This time was different. We walked and looked at many vehicles with out being hassled by the sales staff. When we were finally ready for some assistance, we met Adrian Koby. He answered our questions with out being pushy, or trying to sell us something that we did not want. He was very knowledgeable on different makes and models of vehicles and was pleasant to work with. I would recommend him to anyone in the market of buying a car, even if you are just looking. It was very nice. He worked to get us a great deal on our Trade In, which was the Truck in Service. When the deal was done, he passed us to the Finance Manager, Chris Waggett. Chris was very good at getting us the deal that we wanted, with out trying to sell us a bunch of stuff that we didn't want. While Chris was working or drawing up all of the paperwork, Adrian kept us company and made us feel welcome and relaxed. The over all experience was very different from what I was use to seeing. I had a very enjoyable time buying this car and I plan to be a repeat shopper at Woody Anderson Ford, and I hope to have Adrian as a sales rep the next time I have to purchase a vehicle. More

We were in the market for a second vehicle (used). My wife and I met Will in the process of searching for a truck. We had a limit that we could spend and also badly needed brakes on our first vehicle, a wife and I met Will in the process of searching for a truck. We had a limit that we could spend and also badly needed brakes on our first vehicle, a van. My wife's goal was to get the brakes done as part of a vehicle purchase, kind of a kill two birds with one stone thing. Will first showed us a mid-size truck that really wasn't that bad. He let us drive the vehicle for a couple days to get a feel for it. In the end the deal fell through, but we sensed he really wanted to find something for us. Most important of all, Will did NOT try to pressure us into buying and considering vehicles that did not fit our situation. We've been there and done that and it's out the door we go. So, we felt comfortable with him that he wasn't just trying to make a sell, but him a sell and us a good buy, what would work for both of us. He told us up front he wanted our business and I understand that as that is how you put food on the table. We also told him what we were looking for and what we could spend. Both parties went in with an understanding. We found another vehicle (Toyota Highlander) at a second Woody Anderson in a neighboring city called Madison. It took a week or so to finalize the deal but we did buy the Toyota and got the brakes done on our van. Will even put a little gas in the Toyota as a little something extra. During the week we were able to drive the Toyota and a loaner truck (2013 Ford F-150 FX-2) because the van was tied up in the shop for the brake job. So, in the end everyone got what they wanted and what worked for them. I would recommend either of the Woody Anderson Ford dealers (Huntsville or Madison) and I would recommend asking for Will Howard (Huntsville location), he can swing deals at either location.
