We were in the market for a second vehicle (used). My wife and I met Will in the process of searching for a truck. We had a limit that we could spend and also badly needed brakes on our first vehicle, a wife and I met Will in the process of searching for a truck. My wife's goal was to get the brakes done as part of a vehicle purchase, kind of a kill two birds with one stone thing. Will first showed us a mid-size truck that really wasn't that bad. He let us drive the vehicle for a couple days to get a feel for it. In the end the deal fell through, but we sensed he really wanted to find something for us. Most important of all, Will did NOT try to pressure us into buying and considering vehicles that did not fit our situation. We've been there and done that and it's out the door we go. So, we felt comfortable with him that he wasn't just trying to make a sell, but him a sell and us a good buy, what would work for both of us. He told us up front he wanted our business and I understand that as that is how you put food on the table. We also told him what we were looking for and what we could spend. Both parties went in with an understanding. We found another vehicle (Toyota Highlander) at a second Woody Anderson in a neighboring city called Madison. It took a week or so to finalize the deal but we did buy the Toyota and got the brakes done on our van. Will even put a little gas in the Toyota as a little something extra. During the week we were able to drive the Toyota and a loaner truck (2013 Ford F-150 FX-2) because the van was tied up in the shop for the brake job. So, in the end everyone got what they wanted and what worked for them. I would recommend either of the Woody Anderson Ford dealers (Huntsville or Madison) and I would recommend asking for Will Howard (Huntsville location), he can swing deals at either location. We were looking for a new Ford Explorer, so we went looking one Sunday afternoon and ended up at Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville. While we were there, Adrian drove up on his motorcycle and walked ove looking one Sunday afternoon and ended up at Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville. While we were there, Adrian drove up on his motorcycle and walked over. We talked for a few moments and then told us to come back on Monday and he would help us find the right one for us. I called him on Monday and we talked on and off all week and then on Friday, I went to see him and look at some Explorers. I didn't really find what I wanted and then Adrian found another one that the sales manager was driving. It was exactly what we wanted, plus several extra nice features. I asked Adrian to give me his best deal on that Explorer, not being sure we would agree on price. He figured everything up, gave me a price, and I was pleasantly surprised that is was lower than I expected. I told him we would take it. Test drove the vehicle and it was very nice. Jason Chicosky handled the paperwork and in no time, we were driving home in our new 2014 Ford Explorer Limited. I was in the market for a new truck. I had visited several other dealerships, but apparently saved the best for last. I was greeted promptly at the showroom lobby by Adrian Koby. He greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake and welcomed me to Woody Anderson Ford. He asked me a few simple questions and then secured a golf cart for us to cruise the lot and inspect the avaliable new car inventory. Woody Anderson is a large dealership with a huge inventory. I was immediately impressed with Adrian's knowledge of that on hand inventory. Adrian listened to the features I demanded in my new truck. He didnt try to steer me towards any particular vehicle. Instead, he let me chose and select the right truck for me. He worked tirelessly to make sure all of my questions about the purchase were answered. Adrian went above and beyond the call of duty. He even answered my questions after hours proving to me his dedication to his dealership, to Ford, and most importantly to his customers. Adrian even followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase after the sale. I will definitely purchase my next car from Woody Anderson Ford. We got a fair price for our trade. Adrian was easy to work with. Adrian did an outstanding job and treated us well. He was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. I have talked with him several times on the phone before and since the deal has been made and he is a genuinely nice man. I have dealt with some car salesmen that have been too pushy, tried to be overly persuasive, or generally just offended me. Adrian was none of the above and I did not feel like he was "out to get me". I made it clear I had my own financing and that's what I was going to use so that eliminated a portion of the negotiation "game". I was satisfied with the deal. I think we got a decent price. Adrian did not try to cram an "extended warranty" down our throats, and we didn't have to hear anything about "paint protection" (glorified wax) and "fabric stain protection" (scotchgard), so that was refreshing. I will admit I am not an easy person to deal with. Overall, the experience I had at Woody Anderson was good; one of the best buying experiences I've had. Adrian came in on his day off to sign the paperwork for our new vehicle, so I admire him for dedication. He and I share an interest in Subaru performance, so we got to chat about that for a little bit. I have been a lifetime Chevrolet man; I never thought a Ford would be in my driveway. However, since Ford was the only domestic automaker that my tax dollars didn't bail out of a financial disaster, I have a little more respect for them. I would recommend buying a vehicle from Adrian Koby. He is very committed to customer service and is obviously concerned about earning and receiving positive feedback. More
