From the time I parked my car in front of the dealership until I drove off the lot with a great new Ford truck, I was treated like a valued customer and with courteous professionalism. I was assisted early on by Jeff Parker and then Adrian Koby when Jeff got busy with other customers. The hand-off was professional and was welcome in order to avoid wasting time. I was shown the truck and the features were described and questions answered. I test drove the vehicle and had more questions answered. I sat down with the lead salesman and discussed additional add-ons, important information about my options, discounts, rebates, and completed some forms. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all phases of the sales process. I was introduced to the finance manager where we completed the purchase. All forms were explained fully and options discussed. Finally, we were introduced to a young lady who again went over all the features of the truck and paired my phone to the Ford Sync system. At no time during our visit was I treated less than a welcome guest. The price of the new vehicle and the trade-in value offered for my trade were very good. I had done my homework prior to the visit and knew what I needed to trade. Overall, the whole process was pleasant, professional and easy. I absolutely recommend this dealership and the people who I worked with. In particular, Adrian Koby, my primary sales representative was extremely professional, patient, helpful and efficient.
