After numerous phone calls with Adrian confirming the condition and history of the vehicle and the dealership's promise to refund airfare and rental car fees I figured it was worth a shot. After all, it had the exact colors, mileage, and packages I was looking for in a car. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was in pristine condition, the test drive went as planned, and so we rolled into the purchasing process. My wife and I went to Woody Anderson Ford on a Sunday, and I was looking at the selection of F150's that were on the lot. As we were walking around I spotted an F150 Lariat, white, that was a Demo vehicle and I was looking at the selection of F150's that were on the lot. As we were walking around I spotted an F150 Lariat, white, that was a Demo vehicle. As we were finished looking at the trucks we were leaving the lot when a motorcycle drove in. Adrian Koby, a sales rep, was riding the bike. He stopped, introduced himself, gave us a card, and asked if I had any questions. He said that if I wanted to take a look at the truck, to come in on Monday. I went in on Monday evening and Adrian went over the vehicle. As it was a demo, it had a few miles on it. Adrian suggested that I take the truck for a few days and if I don't absolutely love it, to bring it back. On Thursday I had returned the truck. It was a nice truck, but I was still quite apprehensive due to the mileage. Adrian suggested that I take a look at a couple of the other Lariat's on the lot. As I didn't want a 4-wheel drive the selection was significantly lowered. As he was taking me around the lot, he showed me a silver FX2 and a blue Lariat. I did a test drive and a side by side comparison of the FX2 and the Lariat. The FX2 won. Adrian again suggested that I drive the truck home for a few days and then make a decision. I did, was impressed and then I went in and bought the truck. Jason Chicosky, the finance manager, also was extremely helpful. He made sure that we were aware of all the required paperwork, answered all the questions that we had, and was very professional. This is my second purchase from Woody Anderson Ford and I can say that this purchase definitely exceeded my expectations. Not that the first purchase was a bad experience, but the professionalism and courtesy of Adrian and Jason far outperformed the previous purchase. I can say with 100% confidence that I would recommend Woody Anderson Ford. Great Job!! More
