I was in the market to get a 2013 Ford Fusion. Mykayla Johnson met me at the door with a warm welcome and recommended we look at the certified pre-owned lot of vehicles first. Mykayla knew a lot about the vehicle, and her knowledge really helped. We took it for a test drive and when got back to the dealership i was informed that the vehicle had already had a down payment on it, and was in holding. The next day Mykayla called to inform me that the hold had been released so with my permission she put down a payment in my name. I'm so thankful that she did that because there was already another customer on their way to finance to purchase the vehicle. Mykayla went the extra mile to make sure that i got the vehicle i wanted. Jason was the financial portion and was exceptional with his knowledge in finance and what Ford had to offer in services. Finally, Jasmine, helped explain the interior functions of the car which made my life much easier! More

We finally decided on a Nissan Armada, and the manager agreed to fix some issues we saw with the vehicle. The finance department handled the sales smoothly as well. I did not end up buying a new car there (or anywhere else because a friend of mine knew someone selling a similar type car that was only a few years old and I got a super low price--no dealer anywhere could compete with it.) However, Adrian Koby, the saleman who showed me around, was so friendly and helpful during my visit there that I felt I had to let people know how pleasant he made the whole shopping experience, something that is not often the case. Not only was he very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions--some of which I already knew the answers to but wanted to make sure the salesperson knows their stuff--but he was able to point out some things I did not know and offer alternatives to the models I was looking at. He was also extremely pleasant and did not make me feel pressured or rushed to make a decision then and there. He always maintained a very friendly and courteous attitude. When I look for cars in the future I plan on starting at Woody Anderson and hope that Adrian is still there. More

Adrian is probabaly the best salesperson I have ever worked with over the years. He will not pressure you and he will always answer his phone when you call. Honestly, I didn't think I would find a car at all. But when I came to this dealership and met the most wonderful saleswoman ever and found the perfect car I was so excited. I bought a Kia Soul Sport from Woody Anderson a few months ago and haven't had a good experience. The salesman, Michael Bowe, was dishonest about the gas mileage of this vehicle and made no indication months ago and haven't had a good experience. The salesman, Michael Bowe, was dishonest about the gas mileage of this vehicle and made no indication of after-market parts. These after-market parts have been a serious issue. The steering wheel shook, but not until speeds of 65mph or greater were reached. I took the car back and spoke to John Brinkman after finding this out to allow the dealership to correct this. They had trouble finding the problem, and when they did, it took them more than a week to "take care of it". The diagnosis was that the car needed spacers due to the after-market wheels. In the process of fixing the issue, they broke a wheel cap. The shaking is not as severe, but it is still a problem one month later. I have attempted to contact the service team for three weeks. They informed me that the wheel cap arrived and is ready to be put on, but when I called to see if I could come by and let them put it on, the lady who answered the phone said that they had no idea where the part is. It is very hard to reach anyone. I am very displeased with this dealership and have no plans to do business with them again. The gentleman who worked with me on finances was polite and they were able to give me a fair price on my trade-in. I would advise anyone that wants to buy from this dealership to only buy Ford products, as Mr. Brinkman told me that the service department has limited knowledge and experience with any other make of car. I would also advise that you get your vehicle serviced elsewhere because of the level of disorganization and poor communication makes it very difficult to work with these guys. More
