WOW WOW WOW. I went to another area dealership to look at another brand and was highly disappointed in the vehicle and the staff. I was not approached by anyone and when I found a salesman and telling him wh another brand and was highly disappointed in the vehicle and the staff. I told my husband that I wanted to go to the Ford dealership and look at the Escapes. We looked around for a few minutes when here came Adrian Koby riding up on a golf cart asking if we would like some help. He asked what we would like to look at, showed them to us and offered a test drive. I was really dreading buying a new car because of past experiences but Adrian and all of the folks at Woody Anderson Ford were the best. I would recommend this dealership and Adrian Koby to everyone I meet and show my new car to. Yes I did ride off into the sunset so to speak with a new ride and a smile on my face. I have given my ratings because my sales people Joe Mullins and Patricia Simmons was very friendly. I came in around 7:20 and they was just about to closed when me and my dad pulled up and though they Mullins and Patricia Simmons was very friendly. They could have told us to come back tomorrow but they didnt and treated us like they would any other customer. They showed hospitality and asked if we wanted something to drink or something to snack on to make us feel at home.
