I went in to test drive a truck that I was going to purchase thru another dealer (I have a person at the other dealership that I have worked with before). The service department at Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville is horrible. My vehicle has been there for 3 weeks now I have yet to receive a phone call from the service department on the status. I have had to call them numerous times to get an update on my vehicle and you are lucky if someone answers the phone. Even when I told me insurance company who was service my vehicle they said "I have heard about them" and the poor service that they provide. I would strongly recommend never taking a vehicle to the service department at Woody Anderson Ford of Huntsville. I work for a very large company and all the feedback I have received has been very negative. More

We worked with Anthony for several days looking a different cars to help us get better gas mileage and a better car payment. We tried the Focus Electric over night, but had issues with it charging a different cars to help us get better gas mileage and a better car payment. Next we tried the gas Focus, because we wanted to see if there was a big difference, also the gas would be more probable when it comes to making trips to see grandma. Anthony explained everything top to bottom on every vehicle we looked at, the CMAX, Focus Gas, Electric, and Hybrid, Fusion and Fusion Hybrid, and Mustang. Anthony was knowledgeable, answering every question we had. We did decided that right now was not the right time to trade for us; however, we would recommend Anthony and Woody Anderson Ford to any of our friends! More

My wife agreed to come in for a test drive on Monday, today. The rain kept her from getting there and we'd almost changed our minds entirely about going at all. Then, the phone rang and it was Michael calling to let us know he had the Explorer pulled out and ready to drive. I decided I'd keep the appt. my wife set. I am so glad that I did because today revolutionized my car buying experience. From the time I stepped on the lot to the time I drove away in my new vehicle was maybe two hours. Every moment of my experince at Woody Anderson Ford was a positive one. I did my research before even trying to trade in my 2008 Kia Optima and was very aware of the numbers game that goes on with buying and selling cars.
