The net deal came out very close to where I thought it should be and there was no "hassle" in the process. Once we made the purchase, Jasmine Battle helped us thru the details of operation and electronics, including blue tooth and web set ups, while the autos were prepared for delivery. jasmine also provided fresh cookies. We do not buy cars very often and do not look forward to the process, but this was the exception, very smooth and easy. We felt everyone was there to help us and to work around our schedule. We never felt pressured to buy with Vickie Dion but we did feel that she wanted to help us find the vehicle we wanted. The finance person was also very helpful. The jeep we decided to purchase was cleaned and we were ready to leave within a reasonable amount of time.
