I am just more than impressed with the service I got from Woody Anderson Ford. Now my vehicle is an old 1999 Ford Ranger, but that didn't seem to make any difference with how quickly I was taken care of. Woody Anderson Ford. I needed a part which was dealer only and I went to the Woody Anderson on Jordan Lane. I didn't know there was one closer to me on Hughes Road in Madison. I ordered the part at the Jordan Lane location and later realized that my Ranger was leaking coolant. I was afraid to drive it all the way back over to Jordan Lane and I also now needed a whole other part. I called the Jordan Lane location and they told me they could have the part sent to the Hughes Road location closer to me. They did, and it was there early. When I arrived at the Hughes Road location I picked up the part and then talked to Leon Vickers about maybe getting the part put on. He got me scheduled for install that day and they drove me home in their courtesy car. Get this, they sent a car to pick me up and bring me back to the dealer when they were finished!!! I was just floored with the way I was treated...this is just outstanding service. I might not be surprised if I had just bought a new car, but they treated me as if I had. Exceptional service guys! I will not forget my experience and I will be singing your praises to everyone I know who needs service or is looking for a new car. More

My husband and I specified what features we wanted, and Jason found the vehicle that matched what we wanted. He dealt with another dealership in Georgia and had the vehicle shipped to Huntsville for us. Not only did Woody Anderson beat all the other prices in Alabama, but they beat all the prices in Tennessee as well. We are more than satisfied with the customer service we received and the amazing vehicle. I have always been a Ford girl, and now my husband is a Ford man! The sales atmosphere at Woody Anderson Ford is great! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. You can tell they really emphasize customer service. A sales person named Adam helped me first, and he let me drive around in whatever I wanted to drive. It was totally my call. We drove three vehicles. He was very knowledgable and just a nice person to be around. He didn't treat me like a silly woman. He was very respectful and took the time to answer all my questions. But, Adam wasn't at the dealership the next day -- Saturday -- when I was coming back. So, he introduced me to George, who is closer to my age. George is a very seasoned salesman and he knew just what to do to get me hook, line and sinker, which was just what I wanted! He let me take my Edge. That's all it took. When my husband and I came back on Saturday, George was super attentive and took care of us. He even made sure we had something to eat for lunch before we even told him we were hungry! George was absolutely wonderful. Another person -- a very nice young lady -- went over the entire Edge with my husband, showing him all the features and especially the safety features, which is the way to impress him. The finance guy was super, super good at his job, too. Everyone was so very nice. I would buy a car from them every day if I had enough money. I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with Woody Anderson Ford through their service department and then, at a later point, with the purchase of more vehicles. And, I totally, totally love my Edge. It has been my dream car since it came out and now I finally own one. It has lived up to all my expectations -- plus more! More
