My wife and I arrived at the dealership as 'semi' informed buyers with a basic idea of what we wanted. I was in the market for a Ford F250 Super Duty and by chance happened to look at Woody Anderson Ford's website. I saw a truck that I was interested in and wanted to pursue further. I had been talking with Jason Chicosky the week before and immediately phoned him to ask about the truck. But he did not answer his office number so I tried his cell. He was on travel on his way to Baton Rouge, LA to run in a marathon. He was still willing to work with me using his data phone and coordinating with his supervisor as we worked through details about the price of the truck. We finally worked to the price I was looking for. Since he was out of town over the weekend, he made arrangements for me to see/drive the truck on Saturday to make sure it was what I was looking for. This is where Sally Rochelle came in. She took care of showing me the truck and allowing me to drive it. Then she offered to do the rest so I could take the truck home that day if I wanted to! She assured me Jason would get credit for the deal since he had previously worked the numbers for me. So Sally took care of the rest of the process and I did drive the truck home that day. They were a team helping one another out which impressed me! Both Jason and Sally were very friendly, did not pressure me, and it was a pleasure to deal with them.
